2. Products and Age Restriction

- Product Disclaimer & Intended Use: Our products are intended for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You must consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to using any of our products.
- Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions and specifications are accurate; however, we are not responsible for minor variations caused by manufacturing.

4. Orders and Pricing
- Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms).
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in [Canadian Dollars (CAD)] and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 days.
- We use Canada Post & Fedex to fulfill orders. While we use tracking numbers, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.
- We do not ship outside of Canada and any order places will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (health, safety, and research materials), we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on opened or damaged products.
- If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for items authorized for return.
